My question list........

Read an editorial three days before in TOI and was forced to rethink over many questions knowing very well that may be I won't be able to get those answers any time. In recent times India has seen so much violence among its people. Be it the stripping of an adivasi girl in front of the whole nation or killing of people in nandigram. Everyday as I open the newspaper I dread to find an good subject to read,There are only two kinds of news i find to read .Either it is the news about the job int he It sector or some problem some where in the country. that again gives rise a big question why can not we all develop peace fully. All along in my teacher job I have told my students that progress can only come when there is peace .But looking at the present system I feel that though our foreign reserves are getting an upward momentum .But in reality we are going downwards in all departments.we are neglecting our responsibilities and character also.
In our country system needs to be changed fast and in a honest way.But looking at the things everything happen at their own pace. The judicial system.Legislative and executive system all work in their own way.after reading paper I have thought to prepare a list of questionnaire for everybody to think and advise me on that. Here they are....
Q1.The judicial system is running short of judges .Why are they not appointed ?Who is to blame?
Q2 The executives in our country get money and power on the cost of every citizen ?why no show of work compared to the perks?
Q3 If Police department is there to maintain law than why do they act like silent spectator when the need arise?
Q4 why our police force plays like a doll in the hands of corrupt politician?
Q5 Where will the greed to more and more money will end? When people related to armed forces ,travel Industry are found to e related in human trafficking for money than if gives a disgusted picture of a growing nation.
Q6 When politician blame each other calling them names like " merchants of death" than how can we feel that there will be peace among people?
Q7 Is the country going down or up?
Q8States need to be developed technologically but here also politicians,Companies play their own game.. every body forget people's cause and ..ultimately remembers their own cause only..where this mad thinking will take us?
May be some more I will add in my next blog...............

CPO(Community Policing)

Ever wondered who is staying at your next door?In good old days it was the work of house wives to keep a track of neighbours activities, but at present people are too busy to socialise with their neighbours. Here comes the idea of Community Policing. A very common concept in usa but slowly catching up in India too. The man behind this happening in Bangalore is 84 yrs young Retired Army Officer Mohammed Sharif. He and his team of dedicated workers are quitely keeping watch over some pockets of the city. The work done by them is pure voluntary. They work in a close confidence with area police station.Any suspicious matter is immediately reported to the police to start the investigation. There is another help , which this community police provides and that is to get the correct information regarding any matrimony cases.Parents of Would be grooms and brides get correct information about the other party. The only qualification one needs to have to be a part of CPO is that one should be a retiree with no criminal records.Sharif wants to see a increase of strength of 1,25,000 from 7,500 community policing in his life time. All the best Mr Sharif.....

No Human Consideration

Ever wondered why we are still behind the countries like USA or UK or even Singapore? It is because we simply lack human consideration values. What prompt me to write again in my blog after a gap of one year is an incident which my relative went through.
They were enroute to chandigarh along with their family (which included a child of 4) when on a valley road they met with an accident.Luckily no one was hurt badly but just few bruises here and there. So now what is so big deal? These things happen on and off .What really pained my heart was that the bus driver went away after hitting the car and no body stopped him.Are we so devoid of human life in India? We don't even care for the people whom we have hit.
I am sure such things happen in western countries too.Accidents are common because as a human being one is bound to make mistakes. But instead of running away culprits in those countries wait for the police to come (Running away is a severe crime there). The police also makes a fare record of everything to start the trial. Here back in India people simply run away. The drivers of buses and trucks totally lack human consideration. On second thought I feel in India we all lack human value of life if it is not ours. The hit and run cases are not only common among bus and lorry drivers but also car drivers too.
What is the reason behind such callousness? May be we don't care about others simply because we are only engrossed in ourselve. The law, judiciary and even day today politics in india lack the human values. The law has arm and teeth but it does not bite to right people.
Recent uphar Judgement has proved that the killing of chinkara is more criminal offence compared to killing 59 people. The day today politics has got ample proof that what really matters is how you gain money and power. No one is bothered to take care of people,s problem.
Talking of infrastructure one more thing is very prominent now is buildings are being constructed at a fast speed but no intrest is paid to the approaching road to them. They are getting wporse more than ever. The prominent roads of city like Bangalore are in a pathetic conditon but still life goes on.
